Chase Matthew has been dominating the country music scene since the 2022 release of his debut album, Born For This. He then built on his rising success with 2023’s sophomore album Come Get Your Memory and in 2024 with the release of two EPs – Always Be Mine and We All Grow Up. In 2025, Matthew is set to continue his trend of dropping must-hear projects with his third full-length studio set, CHASE.
In anticipation of the project dropping in less than a month, we’ve compiled everything we know about CHASE so far.
When Will The Album Be Released?
The highly anticipated album will be arriving February 21 with 13 tracks, nine of which Matthew has writing credits. Within the track list is also only solo write titled “WAITING ON YOU TO CALL.” Austin Shawn served as producer with co-production on select tracks by Brock Berryhill, Blake Bollinger, Brian Bunn, Gabe Foust, and Will Bundy, plus an additional song produced by Danny Majić.
What To Expect From The Project
The Nashville native set the tone for the upcoming collection when he dropped a few advanced releases including “MISSIN’ ME MISSIN’ YOU,” “BACKROADS OF MY MIND” and most recently, “DRIVES MY TRUCK.”
Out January 17, “DRIVES MY TRUCK” salutes to Matthew’s country-rock sound as it revs the engine and burns some rubber to create the ultimate flirtatious anthem. The song was penned by Matthew, Brock Berryhill, and Taylor Phillips captures the thrill of losing control to a girl who’s not afraid to get behind the wheel and take charge.
Each of these tracks bring their own depiction of edgy, soul-stirring energy through stories of heartbreak and love gone wrong. We’re likely to see even more of that deep-rooted spirit cascade throughout the entire project.

Details On Matthew’s Milestone Album Release Party
In celebration of this epic project being unveiled to the world, Chase Matthew has planned the ultimate release party. On February 21, he will deliver his milestone hometown headline debut at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium.
“Hometown shows are special for any artist and headlining Ryman Auditorium is an extra special place for a Country artist to perform. The history behind the historic Ryman has a significance which makes this such an awesome opportunity. Growing up in Nashville means that my hometown show, and my first time headlining the Ryman, are happening the same night!” shares Matthew. “I’m having a hard time putting into words what everyone should expect, but I know it will be an evening my fans, friends, and family will never forget! Maybe a few surprise guests too.”
This sold-out event will take place amid Matthew’s 2025 World Tour. The headlining run will take him across the U.S., U.K., and Europe for 18 shows with opening acts Lakeview, Austin Williams, John Morgan, Trevor Snider, and LECADE on select dates.
Then, the Warner Music Nashville artist will join Keith Urban’s HIGH AND ALIVE WORLD TOUR this summer, with dates in the U.S. and Australia.
