Produced by Chris LaCorte, What Not To is layered with a web of interconnected themes, “like red yarn connecting a bunch of pins on a wall,” says the Washington native. Each of the relatable tunes that fans will explore throughout the project will be guided by the deep personal and unfiltered title track, which he debuted during his recent Ryman appearance. The song, penned by Wetmore, Jacob Hackworth, LaCorte, Chase McGill and Jameson Rogers, places a focus on relatable struggles and personal redemption while capturing the raw storytelling that will flow throughout the entire 19-song collection.

“Only a select few people know this, but I am very happy to announce I’m dropping my first album on April 25,” she shared with pride. “I am beyond excited about it, so I thought I’d really go out of my comfort zone and play you guys a song that, this was the hardest song that I’ve ever been a part of. It’s talking about things that I don’t really talk about a lot. I think a lot of you, or some of you, hopefully, will be able to relate to this in one way or another, but that’s why I write songs so I don’t have to talk about things,” he joked.
