Jon Pardi Shares Sweet Tribute To Daughter Presley On Her 2nd Birthday—And Previews a New Song

Jon Pardi previewed a brand new song from his forthcoming fifth studio album while celebrating his daughter Presley Fawn’s second birthday.

In honor of his little one turning another year older, Pardi made a compilation video, chronicling milestone moments in her life, from meeting her baby sister Sienna Grace, to enjoying family time at home and joining her dad on the road.

The girl dad had pure joy on his face in every single clip as he watches his daughters grow up together surrounded by nothing but love from him and his wife, Summer.

“Can’t believe Presley is 2!!! No one is lying when they say it goes by quick! Happy birthday baby girl,” Pardi wrote in the caption.

The couple became first-time parents to Presley Fawn Pardi on February 18, 2023. Upon her grand entrance into the world, she weighed in at 7 lbs, 12 oz, and measured 20.25 inches long.

Pardi shared the news with his followers at the time using photo of his little girl wrapped in blankets with a caption that read, “Our baby girl is here and ready to Pardi haha DAD joke!”

Their second bundle of joy, Sienna Grace, arrived Tuesday, July 16,  2024, thus completing their “Pardi of 4.” Sienna Grace was born at 11:47 am, weighing 6 lbs 12 oz.

Unreleased Song “She Drives Away”

In the same birthday post, the country star also noted that the tune heard alongside the video is a “little teaser” of one of his favorite tracks set to appear on his next album, Honkytonk Hollywood, dropping April 11.

The song titled “She Drives Away” perfectly sums up his journey of fatherhood and all the emotions that come with watching his baby girls grow up more and more each day. He looks to the future, while admitting he’s “scared to death” for the day that they are old enough to drive and eventually, leave their home to start their own lives.

“I’m dreading the day when she drives away/ And I’m scared to death/ Still ain’t caught mine since her first breath/ 16 years from now its gonna feel like yesterday/ When I drove her home when she drives away,” Pardi sings

“She Drives Away” isn’t the only snippet he’s shared from the forthcoming collection. The California native also teased the romance-filled “Love The Lights Out” and shared advance releases of the title track as well as “Friday Night Heartbreaker.”

The Jay-Joyce produced project features 17 tracks and is expected to highlight Pardi’s signature sound with an extra spark. It will serve as a follow-up to the Capitol Records Nashville artist’s 2022 album, Mr. Saturday Night, which spawned hits like “Last Night Lonely” and “Your Heart Or Mine.”

“All my albums have been rock and roll with a country flare – this one keeps on rockin’,” Pardi shared of the project. “It’s also the most grown-up record I’ve ever made, all my soul basically. ‘Honkytonk Hollywood’ is for the Nashville that’s in my blood and it’s also a nod to my California roots. And right now more than ever, I hope it’s a way to honor and lift up the people of my home state.”

Jon Pardi will celebrate his new album by embarking on the HONKYTONK HOLLYWOOD TOUR this Spring. Starting April 25, the tour will span 16 arenas and amphitheaters across the US, featuring Corey Kent on select dates and Kassi Ashton as support.
