Jon Pardi has finally unveiled details surrounding his highly anticipated fifth studio album, Honkytonk Hollywood.
Out on April 11, the 17-track project embodies Pardi’s signature sound, but with a new spark. For this project, the California born star teamed up with lauded producer Jay Joyce to bring his music to the next level.

“All my albums have been rock and roll with a country flare – this one keeps on rockin’,” Pardi shared. “It’s also the most grown-up record I’ve ever made, all my soul basically. ‘Honkytonk Hollywood’ is for the Nashville that’s in my blood and it’s also a nod to my California roots. And right now more than ever, I hope it’s a way to honor and lift up the people of my home state.”
Leaving the traditional Nashville recording process behind, Pardi and his touring band spent three solid weeks in the studio, perfecting every note.
“We did what we wanted and it stands out because of it,” he added. “Taking the chance paid off, and I kind of want to keep it that way.”

Honkytonk Hollywood follows the Capitol Records Nashville artist’s 2022 project, Mr. Saturday Night, which spawned hits like “Last Night Lonely” and “Your Heart Or Mine.”
Fans first got a taste of the new album with the release of “Friday Night Heartbreaker” last fall. He recently brought the new single to life with music video, shot in Nashville’s infamous Printer’s Alley. The clip was filmed by Jim Wright and features a unique set of characters.
“I always enjoy filming with Jim Wright, even if it means being in Printer’s Alley until 2 AM,” said Pardi. “You really see some wild characters down there at that hour. One of my favorite parts of the shoot was chatting with the actors and actresses who performed the circus stunts—they were amazing!”
Pardi later joked that his only responsibility for the video was to “play guitar and drive a cool car” while the circus acts stole the show by “breathing fire and swallowing swords.”
“It was awesome to watch it all come together,” Pardi quipped.
Following a string of headlining shows in the US and Australia, including a standout performance at CMC Rocks this spring, the multi-platinum country star will launch his HONKYTONK HOLLYWOOD TOUR on April 25. The tour will span 16 arenas and amphitheaters across the US, featuring Corey Kent on select dates and Kassi Ashton as support.
