LISTEN: Jordan Davis Keeps the Hits Coming with ‘In Case You Missed It’

Jordan Davis continues to add to the excitement for his yet-to-be-announced new album with the release of the brand-new track, “In Case You Missed It.”

This nostalgia filled song was penned by Davis with his brother, Jacob Davis, as well as Paul DiGiovanni and Travis Wood. “In Case You Missed It” finds the Louisiana native sending a message to a past love about their hometown and all the changes that have taken place since she left.

“They paved that cut through street that I take to your house/ Boarded up BP, yeah, it’s a Chevron now/ That parish bridge that was always out/ They finally fixed it, in case you missed it,” he sings on the first verse.

Despite all the changes in town over time, Davis confesses that his feelings for his ex remain the same.

“In case you’re ever wonderin’/ Thought I’d let you know/ If you get to second guessin’/ And get to missin’ home/ Or ever feel like takin’ a trip down memory lane/ Things ‘round here are different/ But some stayed the same/ Like that sunrise, through those blinds/ From your side of a king size/ Yeah, this ol’ heart of mine’s right where you left it/ In case you missed it,” goes the chorus.

This radio-ready tune fits perfectly within Jordan Davis’ wheelhouse, proving once again that he never misses.

“In Case You Missed It” is expected to be featured on Davis’ forthcoming album, which will serve as the follow up to the Platinum-selling Bluebird Days—which included four consecutive No.1 singles out of his seven total career chart-toppers—along with his Platinum-certified debut album, Home State.

The track arrives as Davis’ “I Ain’t Sayin’” continues to dominate the charts at country radio, landing in the Top 5 (and still climbing this week).

Most recently, Jordan Davis toured in New Zealand and Australia as direct support for Luke Combs. While on tour down under, Davis and his wife, Kristen, are expecting their fourth child

The award-winning singer/songwriter took to social media to share the news alongside a comical video set to the tune of the ‘90s sitcom Full House.

“2025 is going to be a big one. Mainly because we’re welcoming a brand-new baby. Pumped to meet you, baby Davis,” he shared.

The couple, who married in 2017, share three children: 5-year-old daughter Eloise Larkin, 3-year-old son Locklan Joseph, and their youngest, Elijah Patrick, born in June 2023.
