Knowing CPR skills can save a life, including Katy Perry’s Poodle. She revealed on Instagram Story how a personal assistant named Tamra revived her Teacup Poodle with rescue breaths and puppy chest compressions. Tamra discovered Nugget comatose on the floor after falling off the bed. Totally unresponsive for three minutes with its tongue hanging out and paws up in the air. Tamra said, (quote) “I pushed on her little chest and I blew in her mouth and I brought her back to life.” Tamra remembered CPR skills because of a viral video showing an electrocuted squirrel brought back from the dead.
Jared Leto will play the Joker in a standalone movie. No other details have been released. He first portrayed the super villain in 2016’s Suicide Squad. Variety says Warner Bros plans “to expand on the world created by Suicide Squad and tie into future installments of that property.”
Richard Simmons is suing a private investigator, claiming he put a tracking device on his car. In the suit, the fitness guru and his caretaker, Teresa Reveles, say Scott Brian Matthews followed Simmons to see if he was visiting hospitals. He allegedly wanted to help prove that the star was undergoing a sex change — which turned out not to be true. They claim the device was attached to the car for more than a year. Last year, Simmons sued the National Enquirer for reporting that he was getting a sex change.
Jennifer Lawrence has a “secret” boyfriend, according to Page Six. The actress has been “quietly” dating a New York art gallerist named Cooke Maroney. Page Six says he works as a director at New York’s Gladstone Gallery, which represents such artists as Lena Dunham‘s father, Carroll Dunham. J.Law’s best friend Laura Simpson reportedly introduced the two. A source says, “The relationship has been going on a few weeks. But they have been very private and careful not to be seen together.” Jennifer broke up with director Darren Aronofsky in November.
Talks are reportedly continuing about a possible spin-off of “Roseanne,” most of them focused around SARA GILBERT’s character, Darlene Conner. However, as we’ve reported earlier, “Roseanne” is based on a character created by ROSEANNE BARR, who might take producers to court, arguing that since she created the show, she is due for royalties on the characters who are used in a subsequent series, and would stand to gain financially from any new series. That would potentially be a problem for ABC…..
