GARTH BROOKS is set to receive the Icon Award Wednesday, Oct. 14th on the “Billboard Music Awards”. Garth will perform a medley of his biggest hits with his band for the first time in months.
In an interview with Billboard magazine, Garth talked about his expansive career including what’s up next…his album, Fun, will come out this fall, as will Triple Live Deluxe, which had previously only been available as part of The Legacy Collection box set. He also hinted about his future involvement with two Chrises: actor Chris Pratt and his former alter ego Chris Gaines.
