Earlier this month, Chris Lane proposed to his girlfriend, Lauren Bushnell, by writing her a song. It’s the most beautiful song you will ever hear… maybe next to a Thomas Rhett song about HIS wife Lauren. The only time a guy “wrote me a song” he covered Thomas Rhett’s It Goes Like This and it was no where near as good as the original! Moral of the story: change your name to Lauren and you’ll fall in love with the most romantic and talented country singers in America.

Wedding bells may not be too far away for the happy couple; Chris Lane says he’s just ready to marry Lauren already. Wedding planning can take a lot of work, but as soon as they can put all the pieces together, it’s time to change her last name!
