According to a new report from TMZ,  Miranda Lambert’s new cop husband Brendan has been taken off his normal assignment for the NYPD.

Sources told TMZ that although he normally patrols Times Square on foot, he has been temporarily reassigned to a more covert position because the media has been hounding him in public while he’s clocked in.

TMZ also reports that sources say Brendan is a big country music fan who wanted to meet her for years … but before meeting her, he met another one of his favs — Miranda’s ex, Blake Shelton!!!
