So called “professional cuddlers” are booking clients across the nation as an alternative, or additional, method to traditional therapy.
You cuddle or hug your kids, your significant other, your dog or cat, even your stuffed animals. But did you know you could make up to $100 an hour cuddling strangers? Obviously not a gig for everyone, but if you don’t mind the touch of a stranger, it could mean helping others who have no one.
According to a recent story, the reasons people look for a professional hugger or cuddler vary. Some people are lonely, others are getting out of a divorce, or are trying to get over the loss of a loved one.
