Country music star Toby Keith has died at 62. His official website and social media accounts shared the news early this morning (2/6), just 18 months after the news broke that he was battling stomach cancer.
According to a brief statement, he passed away on Monday night surrounded by his family. Keith had his first number one single in 1993, and a successful music career soon followed. He released 21 full-length albums over the course of his career, as well as many greatest hits and collaboration albums.
