Virginia Beach is the most desirable city to move to!

HomeBay.com conducted a comprehensive survey on the cities and states we’d most like to move to, based on metrics like affordability, employment opportunities, safety, quality of life, education, nature, and weather.

Ranking #1 on the list is Hampton Roads’ own Virginia Beach, Virginia!

Seattle followed Virginia Beach as #2 and San Diego, L.A., San Fran, Phoenix, Denver, Miami, Nashville and Tampa rounded out the Top 10.  Virginia Beach was also the most “underrated city” and Virginia was named one of the most desirable states to move to.

On the other end of the spectrum, the LEAST desirable place to live among the 50 biggest cities is Los Angeles.  The second-least desirable is Birmingham, Alabama, followed by San Francisco . . . Detroit . . . and New York City.
