Rolling Stone has released its annual list of the highest-paid musicians and Blake Shelton made the Top 10.
According to Rolling Stone, Blake brought in $83 million in 2021 which earned him the #9 spot on the list.
The outlet reports that Blake quietly sold the rights to his catalog in 2021 for $50 million. Combining that with his eight-figure salary for The Voice, his new album Body Language, and a tour that grossed $14.5 million, Blake had a pretty good year.
Not as good as the #1 artist on the year, though, who raked in $590 MILLION! That went to Bruce Springsteen, who also sold his publishing copyrights and master recordings to Sony.
Only Jay-Z, Kanye West, and Taylor Swift made the cut without a massive catalog sale.
