The winners of the 2021 CMT Music Awards have been announced!

The ceremony took place Wednesday night (June 9) with co-hosts Kelsea Ballerini and Kane Brown who were both winners during the night!

Carrie Underwood continued her reign as the most awarded artist in the history of the CMT Music Awards with 23 wins. She took home the Video of the Year for “Hallelujah” with John Legend. During her acceptance speech, she thanked him, “John Legend, thank you for sending me this incredible song and agreeing to sing with me on it and making this incredible video that I am so proud of.” However, first, she thanked the fans. “Fans, thank you so much, fans. You guys, you are the reason we are all here doing what we do, doing what we love, making music videos.”
