This little dynamo is Goliath, an adoptable pup with Portsmouth Humane Society!
Goliath has a big bark, but he’s all sugar. This 4-year-old neutered male Chihuahua mix came to PHS as a stray so not much is know about his past. As far as his present, he loves getting attention, doing zoomies, and standing up like a person!
