You know that feeling you get when you know the Final Jeopardy answer and everyone watching with you sees how super smart you are? Yep, that was me watching last night when only one contestant got the final clue right.
The category was “Recent Movie Songs” and the answer was, “In October 2019 this song, a duet, was still in the top 10 on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary Chart after spending a year on the chart.”
Did you know the answer? It was “Shallow” by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper.
The song was everywhere and there was even a beautiful country version from Jimmie Allen and Abby Anderson.
While I would normally bask in the glow of my infinite knowledge, this one was too easy to even brag about.
This leads me to my two brilliant (IMO) Jeopardy episode ideas:
Redemption Episode: Bring back all of the contestants who were in the red before Final Jeopardy for a chance to finish the game.
Unfinished Clues Episode: Have a Jeopardy episode using all the clues that remained on the board because time ran out.
