HOT CELEBRITY GOSSIP, WEDNESDAY, MAY 16th!!

BROUGHT TO YOU BY ONE HOUR HEATING & A/C!

Tennis champion Serena Williams announced on Tuesday she’s withdrawn from this weekend’s Italian Open in Rome, meaning she and her husband will attend the Royal Wedding. Meghan Markle invited many of her A-list friends, and all her co-stars on the cable drama Suits. Prince Harry invited British singers like Ed SheeranElton JohnChris Martin and all five of the Spice Girls. Also attending this Saturday’s Royal Wedding are George and Amal Clooney. They formed a friendship with Meghan and Harry because of their shared concern for human rights around the world.

Damon Wayans has accused his former Lethal Weapon co-star of being physically abusive. In since-deleted tweets, Damon described how Clayne Crawford‘s alleged bad behavior led to him getting fired from the show. Damon posted a photo showing blood flowing from the back of his head, an injury he allegedly suffered while shooting the April 24th episode, which Crawford directed. Damon also shared a photo of a sticker that read “Clayne Crawford is an emotional terrorist,” which he said “other people were posting in and around the lot.” As of Wednesday afternoon, Damon’s Twitter account was no longer active. A few days ago, Crawford was fired and replaced by American Pie star Seann William Scott for the show’s upcoming third season.

Viewers who were more than a little upset about the demise of KIEFER SUTHERLAND’s show, “Designated Survivor,” on ABC may have some good news —Deadline reports the show’s producer is shopping the series around to other networks– and that Netflix is in talks to pick up the political thriller. That could potentially be a problem, since HULU has the streaming video on demand rights for the first two seasons. So, we’ll have to wait and see what negotiations bring.

DIERKS BENTLEY may be a big-time country star, but ain’t afraid to get his hands dirty. CMT reports the singer, his band, crew and opening act LANCO all gathered together at Tennessee’s Second Harvest Food Bank before heading out on his Mountain High tour. The group sorted over 10,000 pounds of food and Dierks says he’s all about “gratitude” right now.    The charity just kicked off their Hunger-Free Summer initiative that will provide 8,600 meals to kids who would otherwise go without lunch when school isn’t in session.

AND FINALLY, TODAY’S CELEBRITY TWEET OF THE DAY. IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING WHY HE WASN’T RETURNING YOUR CALLS, NOW YOU KNOW:
