Police say 38-year-old Julius Sandrock was arrested after Taylor’s security guards spotted him on the property. Taylor was not home at the time. Officers say the man was wearing a mask and a search of his car turned up a knife, rope, ammunition, gloves and other masks. There were also prescription medications found inside the vehicle. Despite the disturbing findings, police released Sandrock from custody while they continue their investigation but have obtained a restraining order preventing the man from possessing guns. Talk About It: He had a knife and rope in his car and police released him?
